Double Lasting Powers of Attorney (two people OR both Personal Welfare and Property & Finance) – £550.00 plus VAT
In addition, the registration fee payable to the Office Of Public Guardian is £82.00 per Lasting Power of Attorney.
Deputyship Order – £1,200.00 plus VAT – this is a fixed fee as set by the Court of Protection.
