David Ellison Pearson is a solicitor and consultant with McKenzie Bell.
He started his career as an office junior with another long standing and respected Sunderland firm, Storey Nicholson and Brown in around 1968 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives before qualifying as a solicitor in 1981 after which he became a partner in that firm dealing with a wide variety of law, including residential conveyancing, commercial transactions, divorce, wills, probate, powers of attorney, litigation, including personal injury, and a little crime. Following the merger of Storey Nicholson and Brown and McKenzie Bell in 2006 he became a partner with McKenzie Bell and subsequently a director and head of conveyancing.
Following his semi-retirement, he now acts as a consultant dealing with residential conveyancing and some commercial transactions.
