Helen Miller, LLB, solicitor and director joined McKenzie Bell in August 2017. Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and previously spent 11 years working at a Sunderland high street law firm.
Helen specialises in all aspects of private client work, including the preparation of wills, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection work and also the administration of estates. She is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of estates, including those which include foreign assets, estates subject to Inheritance Tax and complicated intestate estates.
Helen is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, which is an organisation comprising of a specialist group of lawyers whom are trained in dealing with issues relating to private client work and vulnerable clients.
