Lucy joined McKenzie Bell in August 2023. She commenced a training contract with the firm in January 2024 and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2026. Over the course of her training contract, she gained substantial knowledge and practical experience in the residential property conveyancing process, including both property sales and purchases, along with advising clients in relation to the preparation of Wills, obtaining Grants of Probate, administration of estate and lasting powers of attorney. Lucy presently works within the residential conveyancing department and the Wills and Probate department at our Sunderland office, along with being based at the Washington office one day a week.
